No cancellations
Merchandise is produced in limited batches for TEDxIIMRohtak, often with a name printed for you. Once your payment is confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check the items, sizes and printed names in your cart before you pay.
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen at checkout, or orders that are not collected.
When you will get your money back
- Failed payments. If a payment fails but money was debited from your account, it is not received by us and your bank or payment app reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
- Charged twice. If you are charged more than once for the same order, we refund the extra payment to the original payment method within 7 working days of you telling us.
- Wrong or defective item. If the item you collect is not what you ordered, or has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 3 days of collection. We will replace it, or refund it if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds, when they apply, go back to the original payment method only. Banks can take 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
