What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, roll number, email address, phone number, the items, sizes and names to print, and any notes you add. We also keep the order status and the payment reference that the payment gateway gives us.
We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank login or other payment credentials. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, under Cashfree's privacy policy.
Why we use it
Only to process and confirm your order, produce and hand over your merchandise, send you order updates and receipts, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Orders are stored in a private spreadsheet that only the TEDxIIMRohtak merchandise team can open. Our service providers (Cashfree for payments, Vercel for hosting, Google for storage) process it only to run the store.
How long we keep it
Until the merchandise has been handed over and any queries are closed, and after that only as long as needed for accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details by emailing tedx@iimrohtak.ac.in. Payment records we must keep for accounting cannot be deleted early.
Cookies
The store does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers your cart and your last order ID on your own device so you can come back to them.
